 Lead an outbound shift where I am responsible for 9 sub departments in the 1.3 million square foot robotics sortable fulfillment center in Robbinsville New Jersey.  Manage teams of 4-9 salaried managers as well as 400-800+ hourly associates depending on peak or non peak season. Amazon Fulfillment Engine (AFE), an advance sortation system, quality subject matter expert. I was able to develop new strategies leading to 14% Year over year improvement in defect per million opportunity & 36% YOY improvement regarding FC controllable concessions for our building.  Leading kaizen project in one of our packing departments which currently trending toward a 13% YOY improvement in direct performance.  Developed strategic guidance in proper planning of direct/ indirect labor to meet our volume commitments while maintaining focus on safety/ costumer experience/ quality and productivity.
