Used by Hudson United Bank to provide knowledge/insight on the documentation system and system security, purchased as part of the CBC liquidation. Hudson closed the New York Broad Street office prior to being purchased by TD Banknorth.

Following the closure of Connecticut Bank of Commerce at the end of June 2002, retained to assist the FDIC and then Hudson United Bank with asset liquidation and facilitate IT infrastructure migration from CBC to Hudson’s systems.Wrote numerous query reports for the FDIC to assist in the sale of Loan assets.Assisted the FDIC in the closure and equipment sale of the CBC computer room assets.Relocated the CBC RS6000 and AS400 to Mahwah.Worked with Metavante to implement their Kirchman system in the Broad Street and Midtown offices.Installed a smaller PBX for the Broad St office.Aided in the design, testing and implementation of AS400 solutions for clients in South America.

Employed as the New York coordinator of the international network running on Tandem systems in London, Hong Kong and New York. Moved to project development for the new Money Transfer and Communications system designed to run on duel VAX systems including a hot backup offsite.IT project manager for the installation for both VAXs and their communication interfaces. Liaised with the software provider, IntraNet, for all software releases/updates/deliverables. Third party software, testing, data base manipulation. Developed and maintained security on the VAX and AS400 systems. - Developed and maintained the telecommunications infrastructure between the New York and New Jersey data centers via Vitalink’s TransLAN bridges.- IT project manager for the creation of the disaster recovery data center in New Jersey including a hot VAX standby with separate interfaces to the FRB, Clearing House, SWIFT, Telex and AS400.- Developed procedures for day to day operations of the systems and interfaces, including FRB, CHIPs, OFAC, SWIFT, Telex and real time upload to the core banking system residing on AS400s.- Managed a Help Desk staff of 9.
