Initiate change control process for newly developed procedure, and instrumentation activation. Preform routinely audits on work areas, conducting safety checks and inspections . Report findings on employees, instruments and equipment.

Conduct final finished, stability, validation and sample in accordance to various global market specifications. Identification & report any Out-of-Specification (OOS) /Out-of- Trend or Questionable results or any issues of non-conformance. Compile all data obtained from testing and observations and complete report of quality checks, submissions, and approvals.

Participate in recruitment, retention, coaching, performance reviews, career conversations and training of associates, fostering professional growth and development. Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation with safety always top of mind. Ensure the fulfillment of key performance metrics and resolve problems working cross-functionally.

Oversee incoming and outgoing white and brown goods are in compliance of company standards. Conduct inventory audits of customer returns, incoming/outgoing products and inventory levels. Routinely preform safety and merch walks of the warehouse and sales floor. Keep up to date check lists on all mechanical operating equipment.

-Maintain accurate and consistent oversight of patient prescription medications. Administer specialty and patient specific medication as required.-Communicate and work with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists on changes to prescriptions and quality issues.-Operate and maintain the Vandenbrink Blister Packaging Machine® (VBM) used to generate and produce weekly compliance packs for SDM stores-Solve problems and concerns with medications, prescriptions and equipment as needed.
