As I reflect on my time at the helm of MD, one of the most important aspects of my role was creating an environment where people were engaged and always learning. I found it inspiring to give people the opportunity to be their very best, and I always looked for ways to redefine business in a way that set everyone up for success. To shape and lead a firm of highly skilled people who operated from their values, in service of people who provide world-class care for us and our families has been an honour and a privilege.I came to MD in 2006 with a strong vision and understanding of what makes this company special.
