Serve as the primary liaison or spokesperson for the Ultrasound department. Responsible for overseeing, coordinating and participating in all aspects of the department. Interact with other supervisors to ensure quality of care and adequate workflow.• Ensuring quality and quantity of work done by technical staff, that all examinations are performed in a timely, safe and efficient manner, and that proper protocols are utilized.• Charged with the planning, developing, and supervising of staffing schedules. Assures proper coverage and on-call coverage. Remains flexible to cover all shifts when needed.• Responsible for flexing staff schedules and utilizing per diem staff when necessary to reduce overtime costs and to optimize staff coverage. • Teaching the Fellows MSK ultrasound techniques and protocols.• Performing General, Vascular & MSK exams.• Assisting with interviewing and selection of the technical staff. Provides regular feedback and prepares annual performance appraisal. • Performing Quality Control checks of exams and equipment. • Monitoring adherence to federal, state, hospital, and departmental guidelines according to DPH, TJC, and etc. • Ensuring a collaborative departmental approach to long-term strategic operational planning, care and service design and development of organizational policies, which reflect the mission of the organization.• Consistently leading, teaching, inspiring, and demonstrating hospital behavioral standards.

• Developing and executing the organization’s medical vision, strategies and objectives, aligning them with its goals and mission.• Providing strategic medical leadership to drive clinical excellence, patient-centered care and innovative healthcare solutions.• Ensuring the overall quality of medical services, adhering to laws, regulations and ethical standards.• Collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement tele-sonography platform and AI development.• Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures related to medical care tailored to meet the company’s needs.• Supervising the tele-sonography team across multiple time zones. • Staying updated on emerging trends, research and best practices in healthcare to ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of medical advancements.• Maintaining positive relationships with clients.• Engaging in networking, attending sales meetings to build relationships with clients.

• Perform and process Ultrasound digitally and send them to a Radiologist for interpretation via PACS system.• Communicate effectively with Call Center.• Run self-dispatch from Work List system.• Travel to multiple locations a day to perform exams in a timely manner.• Establishes and maintains ethical working relationships and good rapport with all interrelating facilities.• Maintain Daily log of Patients and Exams

• Conduct all tasks with regard to any and all relevant legislation, policies and procedures• Secure and maintain the confidentiality of all interactions and records.• Performs administrative functions related to the overall direction of the addictions prevention components within the local health departments.• Attains and maintains knowledge in all aspects of urinalysis collection and accountability processes.• Assuring proper procedures and "chain of custody" are followed.• Maintains professional working relationship with testing laboratory staff.• Maintains computer records of all samples collected. Prepares computerized reports of results for referring agencies, as required, in a timely manner.• Participates in staff meetings and training as required or directed.

• Utilize effective selling skills to drive personal training sales to meet or exceed goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments.• Develop individualized programs that ensure client safety and enhancement of personal fitness goals.

• Perform examinations of the abdomen, neck, small parts, MSK and extremities.• Present images and preliminary findings to physicians for diagnosis.• Assist radiologists in the performance of pain injections, biopsies, and catheter placements.• Communicating effectively with the patient and maintaining his/her comfort level during the examination.

• Answer incoming phone calls. • Processes all transactions at the Point of Sale register.• Provides a superior level of customer service in regards to Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiry, Class Registration, Cash Handling, Replacement of Member ID Card, and Account Change requests.

• Perform nuchal translucency exams.• Anatomical Surveys.• Standard gynecological exams.• Biophysical profile.• Breast ultrasounds.• Assist with Hysterosonogram procedurals.

• Applying heat/ice packs, assisting patients into whirlpool; helping patients onto exercise equipment, monitoring motion; tracking walking time and distance; measuring mobility; performing prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques.

-Provide opportunities for the group so that each individual experiences success.-Respond to and provide opportunities for discussion of individual or group problems and concerns.-Assist each camper with meeting personal goals and those established by the camp for camper development.-Follow established procedures for supervising camper health and enforcing all safety regulations.-Maintain health, safety, cleanliness in program areas.-Identify and report any potential risks.-Plan activities with Director and campers as appropriate.-Supervise all aspects of the camper’s day including i.e. before assembly, assembly, morning and afternoon activities, pool and locker rooms, lunch, and special events.-Take attendance throughout the day.-Actively participate in staff training, meetings, etc.-Maintain positive public relations with parents, visitors, and the general public at all times.-Attend all Camp Counselor trainings and orientation

• Provide customer service and fitness education to participants to ensure a safe & enjoyable experience.• Enforce Campus Recreation policies & procedures.• Tend to accident and/or emergency situations.• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities and equipment.• Oversee floor supervisors.
