Oversee all manufacturing and supply chain activities for a $50M privately held janitorial supply company. Responsible for up to 100 hourly employees in production, along with 3 salaried production supervisors and a supply chain planning staff of three. Directed procurement activities including daily PO management, as well as, contract negotiation for raw materials in an international buying environment. Designed MRP system from the ground up as part of an implementation of Syteline 8 MRP system. Coordinated production activities to enable a full plant location move over a 10 day period while minimally impacting customer order flow.

Responsible for production planning, purchasing, and inventory functions for $50M privately held janitorial supplies company. Experience in international procurement, to include currency leveraging and freight management. Supply chain champion for ERP implementation developing MRP system master data from scratch.

Day to day production planning in SAP environment for multiple departments. Responsible for capacity management within CM01 module, and for daily management of discrete shop orders.
