Design tooling, semi-auto machines and fully automated machines to assembly electronic interconnects. Designed tooling and processes to build high speed coax cable assemblies. Manage the setup of tooling and processes in China and Costa Rica and trained the operators and technical support staff to mass produce high speed coax cable assemblies.

Designed plastic components as part of the Lexmark Plastics Technology Center. Utilized Pro-E and Catia in the design process.
