Project Manager responsible for overseeing design studies, feasibility studies, value engineering, and alternative studies, including multimodal designs and context-sensitive designs. Also responsible for the preliminary and final design of roadway and civil/site projects, including geometrics, multi-phase maintenance and protection of traffic plans, pavement marking plans, traffic barrier design, cost estimates, contract plans, right-of-way needs for plat preparation, reports, and specifications. Also performs project management reviews and coordination of activities for various classifications of roadways, including the relocation of existing highways, performance of complex highway widenings, the rehabilitation of roadways, and the development of new highway alignments. Assists in project planning studies, including performing engineering assessments and alignment studies, developing detailed alternates, and preparing environmental and community impact information for environmental documents.
