Collaborated with System Security Manager (ISSM), conducted risk evaluation, categorized, mitigated, and prioritize risk acceptance levels. Oversaw the planning, execution and support of a new command and control integration solution for more than 5,000 personnel. Initiated data reporting for over 40 classified messaged incidents (CMIs) and violations of data loss prevention. Researched and prioritized 20 Information Systems Security update/patch risks. Ensure senior leadership was briefed and prepared to accept residual risks.

Responsible for successful completion of 80+ simultaneous information technology projects supporting the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews (JBA), and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB). Led the development of all project management process documents, to include a Project management Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Work Instructions (WI) for project kickoff meetings, meeting minutes, stakeholder management, communications management, and Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) chart requirements.Manages 4 Task Orders for the AFNCR Program, encompassing 20 desktop support, logistics, project management, and network architecture personnel, totaling approximately $8 million.Winner of the Leidos Defense Group's Collaboration Award for 1Q 2021.

Led a team of contractor personnel coordinating, tracking, and reporting on all cyber messages, orders, and directives. Served as liaison between the organization and higher headquarters, on all key IT initiatives supporting 28,000 personnel. In addition, oversaw the execution and completion of 80+ technology projects supporting the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews, MD and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC. Coordinated schedules to facilitate completion of tasks and deliverables, briefings/presentations, and project reviews. Worked collaboratively in a dynamic team environment; Led $2.8 million multi-organizational project spanning 4 geographical sites to upgrade an information technology system critical to the NC2 capabilities of the Nation. Spearheaded the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) migration of over 3000 unclassified email accounts into the Microsoft Cloud with 100% success rate. Led 7-month effort implementing an Air Force-wide solution to remediate 2 Category II vulnerabilities on more than 600,000 unclassified workstations. Served as sole AFDW representative on the Air Force’s Remote Access Capabilities Incident Response Team during COVID pandemic. Critical support provided ensured vital connectivity for Air Force senior leaders and staff. In addition, increased the Air Force’s Virtual Private Network connections from 10,000 to over 350,000.
