Each shift’s complexity/ prioritization varied with the freight mix for both inbound and outbound requirements and involved managing 200+ doors with automated picking, sortation, performance tracking and cross docking.Coached supervisory team to monitor individual performance through use of WMS analytical tools and assigned supervisory accountability.
