CurrentAdministration and management of the Avaya Predictive Dialer System including design, build, and maintenance of collections campaigns, their calling lists and phone strategies, as well as all related reports.Starting with no dialer experience, I quickly became the subject matter expert in dialer build for all lines of business within Chase Home Finance.Worked with upper management and led my team to redesign, test, and implement all dialer builds to meet new requirements posed by host system conversions.Designed, developed, and implemented an MS Access GUI based application to validate, manage, track, and test any changes made to any Avaya dialer build.Designed and implemented several other data management tools and processes; most of which are used with high visibility of upper management.Led daily/weekly business meetings with management of each LOB to ensure operations are meeting their objectives.Monitored daily operations to ensure compliance with FDCPA and state regulations.Developed effective reports for each LOB as requested ranging from agent productivity to system/campaign performance.
