Logistics Manager-Dsl/Uverse Fulfillment

At&T Operations

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

I worked to support all 22 states with the fulfillment and returning of DSL/Uverse CPE for all consumer and LFO/UFO technicians. I have helped with new product shipments, quality, and the timeliness of RMA shipments as well as the device testing at our 3PL facility. As the administrator of the website called A.I.M. (ADSL Inventory Management) it allowed me the ability to track all DSL CPE items, replenish orders, manage technician rosters, as well as maintain storeroom inventory levels, track CPE usage, returned items, and inventory profiles for over 600 storerooms and around 7,000 technicians. Maintaining adequate MIN/MAX levels at each of these storerooms so the LFO/UFO technicians could perform their job duties daily. This responsibility included over 3 million dollars of inventory at the FDC and the transportation costs for all products associated with deliveries and returning of defective CPE. I was able implement several policies and changes that assisted in getting the technicians overall DSL/Uverse CPE business back within compliance and improve usage reporting. I assist with any product discrepancy issues or RQIL’s that are produced by both DC’s and provide quick resolution. My other responsibilities included working directly with all AT&T Call Centers that had dealings with the CPE Enabler application for DSL equipment. In working with these organizations I was able to provide guidance with DSL customer complaints, advice on process and procedural improvements which saved around $500,000 to the business and worked in providing better customer experience. Manage various 3PL and OEM processes related to Reverse Logistics for AT&T DSL CPE while providing continuous process developments to minimize expense, maximize revenue opportunities at our 3PL. I also assist in the development of better reporting metrics for Quality Assurance teams to ensure that processes were under control and tightly managed.
