Visual Merchandising: perform changes to visual merchandising standards where necessaryCustomer Service: maintain the highest level of customer service at all timesCommunication: keep lines of communication open with management, both in-store and Head Office, where necessaryStockroom: quickly and accurately perform all tasks involved in the maintenance of the stockroom to ensure high standards

Responsibilities:-Customer Service: Lead the customer service effort-Communication: clear communication between team members, management, regional management and Head Office- Training: conduct and create training to store specific needs- Performance Management: conduct performance management reviews monthly in order to maintain high standards of service- Visual Merchandising: keep in charge of all areas of visual merchandising- Health & Safety: awareness of all areas of H&S at all times, implementing changes where and when necessary- HR: General HR tasks including administration of timesheets and new employees- Recruitment: Help with the recruitment of employees during busy seasonal periods
