• Create BI reports using Microsoft Visual Studio and SSRS as needed by employees of the company from upper management to the sales team to show a variety of information including sales and production data.
• Write SQL views and queries to create data sources to be used in Excel and pivot tables. Also experienced with writing and using stored procedures.
• Use Visual Basic to fix custom issues or create custom processes in the program we use for our ordering and production system.
• Maintain a terminal server, database server, web-app server along with a domain controller that houses our ERP system. This includes setting up users, setting up scheduled tasks, installing software and daily monitoring.
