Brian R. Carr, Pe is a Program Engineer at Afgsc. Colleagues describe him as "I worked as contracted Programmer for Brian in the 43 CES for about a year through a difficult BRAC transition. Brian did a great job managing a complete team of us contractors from all different backgrounds to keep Pope AFB engineering projects moving. It couldn't have been easy as almost all of his engineering flight were contractors toward the end when civilians began to take other jobs. Brian was effective in getting his new team to keep doing our jobs to the best of our ability. For me, Brian ensured that I received the proper training and had adequate resources.
