I am an experienced and proactive product and regulatory counsel at Affirm with a focus on consumer lending and licensing. At Affirm, I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to scope and launch lending products in multiple markets. Further, I work closely with business units to assist with driving regulatory licensing. Prior to joining Affirm, I worked in the financial services group at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. I assisted clients, including fintech companies, banks, lenders, auto finance companies, small business lenders, and mortgage companies, with navigating regulatory compliance and litigation issues. In particular, I have helped clients assess regulatory risk of new products (both consumer and subprime business) based on scale, state licensing requirements, and state/federal sandbox initiatives. Before joining Bradley, I clerked for the Hon. Joseph H. McKinley, Jr., in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and the Hon. Eugene E. Siler, Jr., in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
