Vice President, Strategic Sourcing Operations And Analytics
CurrentResponsible for leading all aspects of operations and business analytics across Strategic Sourcing by aligning people, process, data, and technology to execute on requirements and optimize results with innovative strategies designed to decrease overall cost, maximize resource utilization and revenue opportunities, and increase customer and employee satisfaction.- Sourcing Analytics: Lead the sourcing analytics team in developing pricing intelligence, ABI tool visualizations and revenue generation modeling.- Committed Program Operations: Oversee the committed program operations team inclusive of customer service center operations, program compliance and KPI measurement, executive level account recruitment and retention initiatives and presentations, and creative problem-solving through root cause analysis.- Sourcing Technology: Oversee the contract lifecycle management application and integration with the customer relationship management system and other internal financial and reporting systems.- Member and Supplier Contract Connectivity: Lead the member and supplier contract connectivity team to ensure contract and pricing alignment between health systems, distributors, suppliers, and hospitals for GPO contracts.- Portfolio Analysis and Optimization: Oversee portfolio analysis and optimization, including market baskets for member recruitment and retention analytics.- Strategic Business Initiative Program Development: Research, develop, project manage and execute strategic and new business initiative programs designed to optimize savings and revenue.- Cost Center Management: Manage cost center including budgeting, forecasting, travel, and hiring.- Team Development and Coaching: Adept at developing high performing teams and leading in cross functional and matrixed environments.
