Responsible for maximizing profitability of new contract negotiations, managing price compression in contract renewals, product bundling and discounts for add-on sales, and new product pricing.

Lead project team in developing new business proposals, change orders and task orders. Guide Directors and Project Managers during budget/forecast meetings to enable them to meet or exceed financials goals. In collaboration with corporate/business development team develop and analyze financials for new business lines and consider feasibility of potential mergers, acquisitions and privatizations.

• Initiate the review, interpretation and outline of all essential information from RFP’s for bid submission.• Build and generate customized financial models based on requirements of municipality and/or utility.• Recognize and analyze main cost drivers within each pricing model; prepare comprehensive assumptions used in the creation of pricing model.• Perform margin and pricing analyses to support key business initiatives as required.• Collaborate with Directors and Subject Matter Experts to arrive at the most competitive pricing model results while mitigating risk; present proposal to Senior Management for final approval.• Execute monthly P&L analysis, fuel hedging analysis, and the acquisition/expansion of business lines.
