Work with NAVSEA to support the development and validation of requirements for the next generation nuclear ballistic missile submarine (COLUMBIA Class Program). This position requires a balance of operational Navy experience and engineering background to interface between multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure that the submarine will meet all requirements at optimal cost. Completed a 28-year Navy career serving in both enlisted and officer communities managing Atlantic Fleet submarine operations. Highly experienced in managing personnel and programs with a strong background in procedural compliance, resource management, and process improvement. Earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and M.S. degrees in Engineering Management and Information Systems Operations.
