Operating in an owner’s representative role as an advisor for ExxonMobil on multiple mega-construction projects. Projects include the development and construction of the ExxonMobil Spring, Texas Campus and the North American Growth Olefins Furnaces in Baytown, Texas. The focus of these roles/responsibilities include: • Collaborate with project HSE team to ensure alignment of project strategies and plans.• Interface with the multiple project teams to support project activities to identify and implement best practices and lessons learned. • Coach and facilitate implementation of systematic safety processes to assure compliance with the project safety plan requirements. • Facilitate risk assessments and studies to ensure results are addressed as relevant field work is executed. Examples of assessments and studies performed include Lightning Protection System, Man vs. Machine Interface, Swing Stage Scaffold use, and Horizontal Lifeline usage. • Advise contractors of project owner’s safety requirements, expectations and best practices. Monitor and support the activities of the contractor’s project HSE organization. • Lead and/or assist with incident investigations and development of corrective action plans. Provide root cause analysis expertise utilizing TapRoot and Five Why multiple causation methodologies.• Provide construction execution support to mechanical contractors performing work at night, and at offsite laydown yards. • Facilitate ExxonMobil SPIES Safety Leadership training to all line management including subcontractors to bolster the expectations of the site’s safety culture. • Organize and facilitate a comprehensive project-wide Cold Eyes Review on crane and rigging activities.• Conduct safety inspections and assessments at the various project sites to assist the project teams in resolving inspection and assessment findings.

Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Jacobs HSE program at multiple Jacobs Field Services North America maintenance and capital projects.
