Plan material forecasts as needed to decrease lead times and improve inventory turns.Administer supplier audits and report their performances while working with cross functional teams to address both internal and external quality issues and new quality development. Process returns with suppliers as needed for defective or suspect material. Report monthly warranty credits to accounting departments as requested.
