Scarcity shall not hinder equity is the guiding principle behind my teams’ work. Rare and special elements are one key to elevating societies. Through hard work, creativity, and deftly applied scientific principles, we have brought those essential elements to every market, elevated regions, changed how companies view themselves, and grown together.All of the above sounds ethereal, but how we achieve it and improve daily is quite pragmatic. I lead scientists, engineers, non-technical, salaried, hourly, union, and salaried people all the same. We define the goals together by identifying what is hindering equity. Next we make a targeted and achievable list of objectives to obtain each respective goal. We preach that most worthwhile endeavors will follow a messy path to completion, but fortitude and stamina come from our shared commitment. We constantly reprioritize with changing conditions and are open to changing course.
