Onshore Lead, Wipro• As L2 Prod Support, my primary duties included triage of urgent production issues andcoordination with various other teams to provide quick solutions• Using monitoring tools to monitor servers and software, providing support 24/7 to avery large contract• Much of this work entailed group efforts to identify and the enactment of solutions• Also worked some evenings and weekends for support of deployments and upgrades

• On the Enterprise Applications Team, duties included providing on-going hardwareand software support for existing solutions, as well as design and development of newones• Working closely with customers to fully understand their needs and foresee potentialissues to design custom solutions that fit their needs• Tasks also included upgrading/migration of legacy solutions to newer technology andresolving issues that arise with such changes to any part of the solutions and variousinterfaces• Developed custom tools for both customers and for technical staff that has provenvery useful for many years• Develop new solutions with everything from classic ASP/HTML/CSS/Java script to .Netapplications, using C#, and integrating such solutions with SharePoint• Provided support for clients using our customized software, and standard software,troubleshooting issues with everything from desktops to database issues, andeverything in between. Then, worked with other team bundles to quickly address andresolve the situation.
