Moving directly from high school into production work and then working my way up into management positions, it became obvious that one of the biggest challenges faced by organizations was a lack of...well, organization! Poor communication between managers, employees, and groups within organizations frequently interferes with efficient flow of goods or provisions of services. The desire to communicate is often strong among the various stakeholders within an organization, but diverse backgrounds and specialized training creates vastly different priorities across an organization, which severely limits effective flow of information.Attempting to address these communication bottlenecks led me to a degree in business administration and ultimately a Master's Degree in Psychology as I sought to better understand how to facilitate communication as well as organizational culture and behavior.Specialties: Organizational Behavior, Production Management, Inventory Management, Business Communications
