Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) is a sports bar that has 42 Plasma TV's and seven 100" projectors so guests can enjoy any sport being broadcast at that particular time. BWW also has 16 signature wing sauces so guests can also enjoy a variety of the best wings and sauces around. At BWW I serve around 50-100 people a night. My job is to take their order, make sure they were satisfied with their food and service, and ensure they had an overall good time. In addition to my "job description", I engage guests and will usually end up having discussions with them about anything from how their day was to talking to them about a train station in Berlin, Germany we both had been to. I like talking and listening to people about anything they like to share. This is beneficial at a job where communication is one of the most important qualities to have. At CenterPlate I worked at all the home football games as a server for suite and club level guests, as an assistant during the AVP Pro Volleyball Tour held at Folsom Field, and as a server/caterer for events such as weddings and large conventions. Some days were as easy as keeping people's suites stocked with food and alcohol at CU football games to setting up for an event, catering the event, and finally cleaning and putting everything away 17 hours later.
