The Company is committed to supporting Canadian based start-ups in the "high technology space". As Vice President, this part time role involves the conducting of due diligence, development of term sheets and the migration of term sheets to contract status, and, post-investment advice and counsel.

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for building brand reputation and image as well as contributing to the establishment of the strategic direction for the Organization. The CMO has direct accountability for managing the Marketing/Communications team and executing strategy on branding, communications, marketing, digital media and stakeholder engagement, this in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction.With deep commitment to the Company's values of respect, passion, teamwork, responsibility and growth, which are both foundational and the essence of a highly respected culture, the CMO contributes to the ongoing strengthening of the Organization's culture.
