If asked to describe myself, I believe I am driven and ambitious with the ability to build rapport quickly and develop relationships with ease.Having grown up and being schooled across two countries, I completed a Bachelor of Business Administration through the University of South Africa and I also attended Curtin University in Perth Australia, where I gained a Masters in International Business. I feel completing these qualifications in two broadly different environments has given me both a solid foundation on which to build my career and invaluable life experience living abroad; having to be independent at such a young age.Over the last 9 years I have gained a range of skills working in a variety of roles, within different industries. Although these roles have been fairly diverse I have always found myself in client centric roles where establishing and maintaining key relationships has been a strong focus. I believe I have honed exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to build rapport with executives and individuals of all levels. I very much enjoy evaluating, developing and improving the logistics operational systems and infrastructure of an organisation and feel that negotiating contracts and overseeing supplier relationships is an area that I also excel in. Developing and leading a team has always been an integral part of my role and an area I get a great deal of satisfaction from. Analysing results, implementing new strategies and motivating the team are leadership skills that I feel come naturally to me and I very much enjoy.
