I began my career with Walgreens as an Assistant Manager in 1997 and was promoted to and Executive Assistant Manager in 2000. I worked at my first store for 1 year before being transferred to a higher volume store in Milwaukee. I managed that location for 3 years. I then transferred to Fond du Lac, WI in 2007 where I opened a new location and managed that store until June 2015.As a Store Manager, I was accountable for the entire operation of the location. That included: Customer Service, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance Management, Hiring, Training, Inventory Control, Pricing Accuracy, Store Condition, Pharmacy Operations, Community Involvement, and Executing Company programs.
