My early passion for helping others has lead to my professional career in playing an integral role in achieving success in any organization that I am involved in. With over 15 years of work experience in the healthcare sector, I am an Operations Specialist at North Texas Institute of Neurology, Rheumatology and Headache (NTINRH), where I work with a team of dedicated professionals to provide comprehensive neurological care and services. I assisted in the growth in doubling the size of the clinic over a 2-year period during COVID. I leverage my skills in operations, operation efficiencies, and business management, as well as my Masters of Arts in Healthcare Administration, to optimize the daily operations and financial performance of the institute. I also collaborate with the staff, physicians, and vendors to ensure compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining NTINRH, I was the Executive Director at Tampico Terrace Care Center, where I oversaw the administration and management of a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. Notable achievements include increasing patient census by 40% within the first year of ownership, top performing facility in the community among its peers as a short term rehab facility and was the first to admit COVID patients in April of 2020. I am passionate about improving the healthcare delivery system and enhancing the patient experience.
