With over 10 years of work experience in supply chain industry, I am a passionate and driven Warehouse Manager at Tosoh SMD. I started my logistics career at intellisource, later moving up as an ICQA Team Lead. Here I learned how to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I then joined Zulily as an Inbound Team Lead, where I managed and coached a team of 20 associates, ensuring high-quality performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction. I was promoted to Area Manager in 2021, where I oversaw the daily operations of multiple departments, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control. I am responsible for hiring, training, developing, and motivating a team of over 100 associates, as well as collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve processes, efficiency, and safety.
