Ability to lead and supervise my team, calculate fluid capacities in cases and open hole, calculate lift pressures, hydrostatic pressures, buoyancy and downhole hydraulics. Use the ability to run all cementing equipment to train and supervise subordinates. Direct and assists in rig up, cement job, and rig down. Ensure job is initiated and completed safely, on time, and with good results. Ensures safe convoy travel to and from location.

Cement Pump Operator, Support Equipment Operator. Lead and supervise ground hands during rig up and well cemeting operations. Run, service and maintained Cement pump float assigned to me, as well as all other auxilliary equipment. Diagnose and solve problems with equipment both on and off location, as well as cement treatments on location. Ensure the safety of our hands, rig hands and other third party personell.
