With my prior experience being primarily in the Gas Segment, and my drive to continuously grow and develop my knowledge and skillset, I sought out and was promoted to the Director of Technical Operations within the Liquids Segment. As the Director of Technical Operations, I lead a team of 30 technical personnel that supports the Operating Division (~600 headcount) covering Project Management, Engineering and Reliability. Supported Operations and Assets include Crude Oil Pipelines, Refined Product Pipelines, Pump Stations and Tank Farms across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Colorado. Additionally, I hold ownership over the Maintenance Capital program for the Division (~$85MM Annually) with my team directly managing half of the annual Maintenance Capital budget.

As the Sr Manager - Operations I was accountable for all aspect of Operation, Maintenance, Budgeting, Projects, EHS and Team Leadership for (4) Natural Gas Processing Plants. My team consisted of 40 Operations and Maintenance personnel and interface with other departments to maintain safe, reliable and efficient 24/7/365 Operation of the Natural Gas Processing Plants in my area.

After working in the Process Engineering group for 7+ years I made the transition into the Manager-Operations role to gain valuable experience in Midstream Operations and Team Leadership.

After working under the title of Associate Process Engineer for 2 years, I was promoted to the title of Process Engineer, and with it took on consistently expanding responsibilities. Building on my past experience I expanded my knowledge base further into project management and process engineering. I also pushed myself by gaining knowledge on design, installation and operation of Electrical Power Systems, Distributed Control Systems and Instrumentation. My experience from 2016 to 2021 was primarily split between Capital Projects and Interdisciplinary Coordination and Support (Operations, Commercial, Environmental, Safety/PSM, & Tech Services/SOP's).

Following graduating with my degree in Chemical Engineering I hired-on with Energy Transfer (whom I had interned with previously) as an Associate Process Engineer. Building off my Internship experience I quickly expanded my industry, process and project knowledge working in a variety of different operating facilities and on a diverse set of capital projects.

Summer internship prior to Senior year of college at Energy Transfer in the Process Engineering department. I worked at a Fractionation facility supporting Operations and Construction activities including: developed detailed process knowledge from start to finish including all sub-systems; performed troubleshooting and optimization for day-to-day operations; walked down and generated punch lists for new Fractionation facility under construction.

Summer internship prior to Junior year of college at Energy Transfer in the Process Engineering department. I gained a working knowledge of the midstream Oil & Gas industry including: industry terminology, product flow and processes from start to finish in the midstream sector, and project execution.
