Responsibilities include:• Hiring manager, employee compensation, promotions and separations, organizational structure, compliance, and budget management• Provide leadership to 66 employees through 6 direct reports (Assistant Dean Recruitment and Engagement, Executive Director of Degree Advising, Director of College Analytics, Director of Career Development, Director of Pre-Professional Advising, and Business Administrative Associate)• Led the administration of 9,000 undergraduate students• Provide leadership and guidance to LAS stakeholders (Dean, Associate Deans, Department Heads/Chairs, Associate Department Heads/Chairs, Directors of Undergraduate Studies, and Faculty) in matters of undergraduate administrative processes and policies in areas of enrollment management, student progress-to-degree, petitions, academic advising, and campus referrals. • Advocate for undergraduate student success through revisions to policy and undergraduate degree requirements via faculty and administrative governance. • Collaborate with the Department of Institutional Research, Office of Academic Programs, Office of Admissions, Office of the Registrar, Office of Student System Services, Vice Provost’s Office, Office of the Dean of Students, Office of Access and Equity, and other campus stakeholders regarding the creation, implementation, and assessment of college and campus policies, procedures, and legislative mandates.
