Working as the operations manager in AMNS Calvert since 2015. Managing roll shop, mill operations and reheat furnace area. Have an established young team that work with me and have developed a successful operation in the Hot Strip mill. Established teams and developed supporting documents and rolling practices.

I have 36 years iof rolling experience all at Arcelor Mittal Dofasco. I was a Finishing Mill Roller at Dofasco for 25 years. I was a shift coach for rolling for three years and was promoted to a Operating Day leader for two years. I am now at Calvert assisting in the developement the day to day operations assisting in developeing training and process.

During my rolling career I was presented with many challenges including training and mill up set conditions hich allowed me to improve the rolling process through improved procedures and personnel support..

Managed a crew of 30 employees. My role was to coordinate all facets of the rolling operation to enable the process to run smoothly. Training and developement and team managemment.

In this position allowed me to coordinate all mill operational functions with the assistance of all day coaches, and monitoring the process from all shifts.
