Establish a positive learning environment within the classroom and support a whole-school ethos and culture which:• Sets high expectations and enables successful learning and achievement by all students;• Sustains improvement in the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, cultural, creative and moral development of all students• Emphasises respect, challenges and supports students • Prepares all students for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of later life2. Organize the classroom, present lessons and learning resources which engage and motivate students to learn and develop. 3. Maintain a focus on students’ achievement and use data and other information to monitor the learning of every student and plan to effectively meet their development needs.4. Create differentiated lesson plans, which enable students to make the next steps in their learning, that meet the objectives of the National Curriculum within all areas of the primary curriculum.5. To ensure that lesson plans and the classroom environment meet the needs of all students identified as having Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are in line with their Individual Education Plans (IEP).6. Assess, record and report on student development and progress, to identify improvements for all students, including those with special educational needs, according to National Curriculum Levels or other standardised performance indicators.7. Develop and maintain an effective partnership with parents to support and improve students’ achievement and personal development.
