Mr. Brian Roy is a Professional Engineer, Certified General Contractor, Certified Underground Utility Contractor, and Certified Mold Remediator. He is also certified in Construction Quality Management for Contractors by the US Army Corps of Engineers and holds various certificates in health and safety training.Mr. Roy is President and operating manager of Enviro-Tech Systems, Inc. with day-to-day oversight of numerous agricultural, environmental, and civil construction projects. He is skilled in design and engineering, bidding services, cost estimating, and construction management. His oversight includes maintaining and building relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, quality assurance and control, and the company health and safety program. Mr. Roy is also President and operating manager of Royal Consulting Services, Inc. (RCS) with day-to-day oversight of numerous agricultural and water resources projects. The oversight includes all aspects of engineering, including conceptualization, funding acquisition, preliminary engineering, permitting, final design, and construction management. He is skilled in the design and construction of large, multi-discipline projects, including surface water and groundwater remediation, wastewater effluent disposal, animal waste disposal systems, water supply, landfills, and golf courses.
