With over 15 years of experience in new business development, social entrepreneurship, and organizational development, I am the co-founder and CEO of Resilimy Limited, a company that aims to create the world's first fully-integrated resilience platform to reach and impact millions of people. I have a passion for building and leading innovative and impactful organisations that support resilient people, teams, companies, and societies.Before launching Resilimy in April 2023, I was the CEO of iheart Principles, a non-profit organisation that delivered a preventative mental health education curriculum to young people in 22 countries. Under my leadership, iheart became Department for Education assured and achieved a paradigm shift in mental health education and youth work. At Resilimy, we believe that resilience is a superpower that is inside us all, just waiting to be unleashed. Through our resilience training and digital content, we empower individuals to better navigate life's challenges and perform optimally and sustainably in their work and life.
