I have a passion for building and leading innovative and impactful organisations that support resilient people, teams, companies, and societies.Before launching Resilimy in April 2023, I was the CEO of iheart Principles, a non-profit organisation that delivered a preventative mental health education curriculum to young people in 22 countries. Under my leadership, iheart became Department for Education assured and achieved a paradigm shift in mental health education and youth work.
