Associate Vice President, Executive Compensation, Global Incentives And Hr M&A
CurrentResponsible for leading a team to deliver all facets of executive compensation, HR MD&A and global equity program development and compliance. Engaged HR leader that actively develops short-term and 5-year strategic plans that are aligned with business and executive management objectives.Develop materials and present to Board committees; Develop executive compensation policies, programs, communications, and annual proxy CD&A; Administer deferred compensation program; Support executives and their financial planners.Lead HR MD&A projects through due diligence, contract review, integration / divestiture planning and final integration implementation. Experiences include detailed, cross-HR corporate diligence on more than 100 different companies, multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and divestitures up to a 5,500-employee two-stage initial public offering.Lead team to design and evolve the global equity program; Own the implementation, communication and compliance of the program for more than 30,000 participants across 65+ countries; Lead design, evolution and communication of global cash incentives.
