Asset Management Analyst (Western United States Team) Duties: Facilitate the day to day work for a team of three Asset Managers as they oversee the stabilized operations of 190+ deal portfolio for the Western Region of the United States. Assist in coordinating Capital Release due diligence collection and wire transactions from LP Fund Investors to GP/Developer entities throughout the stabilization lifecycle of newly constructed/rehabbed LIHTC properties. Evaluate Quarterly Financials and Year-end Tax Returns/Audits to recognize any operational or tax credit collection issues throughout the 15 year compliance period of LIHTC transactions. Perform High Value rental analysis to raise rents and boost Residual Value from NOI increases. Perform annual billing/collection of ILP waterfall proceeds. Create and Compare Loan Sizing analysis based on actual to underwritten projections to evaluate a Debt Service support at Perm Loan Conversion. Mitigate Outstanding Compliance collection and participate in hundreds of various Ad-Hoc duties.

Duties: In charge of quarter to quarter training of Temps for the processing of Financial Statements and annual Audits into BFIM’s Financial Input, Tax, and Tracking System for over 1,100 properties under management. Updates LIHTC properties for loan modifications and refinancing changes as well as tracks and uploads secured loan documents for all active liens. Participates in New Deal Input, setting up the initial information screens on PRISM for new LIHTC deals as well as PACs and LIHTC Portfolio deals that have been acquired via BFIM’s production pipeline. Assists Asset Managers with the manual input process involved in Cash Calc Waterfalls as well as the day to day tracking and application of Checks received through a Cash Management system.

(3 month contract)Duties: Primarily tasked with reviewing hard copy 2016 audits notes and inputting company balance sheets and income statements according to mapping preferences. Tasks increased due to speed and efficiency over other competing temps to review draft to final audits as well as the work of other temps. Contract extended over other temps to input any remaining audits as well as current 2017 year to date financials, duties that were related to previous contract.

(Two Month Contract)Duties: Review hard copy Balance Sheets and Income Statements for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) investments and follow company mapping procedures to organize items and tie out financial statements according to company preferences. Assist in making any changes according to Financial Analyst's inputs to financial statements in order to support third quarter close.

Duties: Enters daily Invoices and CC charges against payment orders via NetSuite system. Assists with bi-weekly check runs and files invoice backups with packing slips for AP team. Personally handled entering office supplier vendors Crystal Rock and WB Mason. Set up new users for Concur Solutions and assisted approving any processed expense reports for reimbursement.
