Brian has over 15 years of experience in the acquisition, entitlement, asset management, and disposition of real estate investments and land development projects. Brian has extensive expertise in real estate investment syndication, acquisitions, land use entitlements, land development, distressed debt portfolios, property management, engineering and planning of master-planned residential communities.He has experience with both private real estate syndications and publicly registered REIT’s, and has successfully managed residential, commercial and industrial real estate investment syndications, and development projects in Southern California, Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Island of Hawaii. Brian manages all facets of real estate investments, including: asset management, leasing and property management, investor relations, financing, due diligence, acquisitions, entitlement, development, marketing, and sales.Brian received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University, and received his MBA from California State University – San Marcos. Brian is also a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California.
