CurrentSupervise Crisis Workers on shift including scheduling, coaching, debriefing and monitoring the work of team members. Adhere to licensing guidelines and ensure compliance to internal and external auditing bodies. Comply with attendance and punctuality policies, as well as all other Common Ground policies and procedures. Provide training, development and recognition to staff. Oversee quality completion of all required documents, assuring adequate, timely and accurate documentation. Maintain open line of communication between staff and work collaboratively with Common Ground Management Team and other program staff. Facilitate monthly staff meetings along with attend monthly leadership meetings to go over important information with staff.Promote a culture of trust that reinforces the agency's core values and incorporates trauma-informed care practices.Direct and supervise staff on assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to Common Ground personnel policies and procedures. Monitor Crisis Workers, providing wellness checks, mandated reporting, Follow-Up calls, as well as duty to warn as needed for their assigned staff.Assist Crisis Workers with call volume and provide support to Callers.Respond to emails providing support and guidance when required.
