I am currently serving as President of C-Forward, an Information Technology managed services company for small and mid-size businesses based in Covington, Kentucky. I previously held titles of Network Technician, Sales Manager and Vice President.I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Information Systems in 2000 from Thomas More College. I have over 16 years’ experience with computer networking and have achieved many certifications in Microsoft desktop and server platforms and networking solutions.After six years at C-Forward, I transferred from a Network Technician role to the Sales Manager position. In May 2016, I was promoted to Vice President and 16 months later to President. My unique pairing of technical knowledge and amiable personality allows me to connect to clients and explain difficult scenarios in a way that is easy to understand. Since commencing this role, C-Forward’s sales have significantly jumped.In 2011, I was instrumental in setting up the automation of sales, service tickets, invoicing and client services into a combined software package. The efficiencies created by this software have saved 10% in costs for C-Forward.I am an active member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. I graduated in the Leadership Northern Kentucky Class of 2014. I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering at my church, and attending Reds baseball games and concerts. I live in Alexandria with my wife Katie and sons Dylan and Parker.
