Select team achievements: • Shipped an app called Conquer that is tailored for field sales teams needing an efficient customer relationship management tool.• Shipped an app called Control that simplifies inventory management for users who are constantly away from their desks.

• Drove development of rich entity-based results for attractions, cities, hotels, and restaurants in Windows 8.1 Smart Search. - Architected the user experience in conjunction with the design team. - Researched and set requirements for business developers to negotiate with data providers. - Coordinated the creation of data and triggering pipelines to power the UX experience. - Established A/B testing pipeline for Windows Smart Search.• Managed A/B experiments and data analysis for Smart Search. - Architected a feature shipping process rooted in A/B testing. - Trained product team to use the A/B feature shipping process.• Drove development of rich web result annotations for the bing.com results page. - Created coverage monitoring tools to measure verified Twitter profiles. - Increased feature coverage by 100% for collapsing web forum results inline.

• Implemented previous research to create an intrinsic force sensing system for the uBot-5 during a Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program.• Applied a series of strain gauges to the uBot-5 in order to measure force applied at each joint.• Developed a calibration procedure for the intrinsic force sensing system.
