This role is responsible to direct and oversee all of the phases of the practice acquisition process and office integration for the Advocate Medical Group. This position is responsible for the valuation of the physician practice, development of the terms of the letter of intent and employment agreement and office and physician on-boarding in partnership with multiple departments within Advocate and Advocate Medical Group. Major accountabilities of the position include: conducting due diligence, coding and financial analyses, abstracting data, directing acquisition team, directing practice integration team, communicating and managing team resources and priorities given an annual budget. The position supports the growth initiatives of the Advocate Medical Group and Advocate Health Care and the Advocate system.

As the practice manager, I am responsible for the daily operations of the Family Medicine Center. This center supports 23 residents and 6 faculty members. The majority of my efforts deal with process improvements, financial reporting, and oversight of clinical measures.
