Some of his responsibilities include:-• Organise, schedule and adequately resource areas to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule. • Raising any issues/concerns from the lookahead which stop progress/ productivity targets from being achieved with the Schedule Co-ordinator. • Ensure that weekly progress targets are achieved and that the weekly progress figures are returned to the Schedule Co-ordinator.
