Responsible for directing the development of the ATM application used at Everi Holdings. Managed and directed the addition of EMV to the ATM application portfolio for ATM, Pin Debit and Signature based transactions. Managed and directed the deployment and expansion of remote monitoring, management and updating of the ATM and Full Service Kiosk terminals.

Responsible for software technical support, consulting and recommendations to Ellsworth customers as well as internal infrastructure. I provides pre-sales engineering support and post-sales technical support to our customers for self service device projects. The ESI team creates managed service solutions for self-service devices from companies such as Diebold, Glory Global Solutions, Wincor Nixdorf and Reis Eurosystems.
