Developed managerial and marketing reports for to assist in analyzing modality usage, room utilization and personnel efficiencies for 18 facilities. Oversaw and documented workflow and procedures for the RIS/PACS IS teams, clerical, Radiology Technologists, Transcriptionists, and Radiologists for 18 facilities. Managed implementations for various patches, hotfixes, upgrades, anti-virus, and OS upgrades (UNIX and Windows) for all the medical imaging servers and workstations as necessary. Developed and maintained IS help desk procedures for medical imaging applications support teams. Documented workflows and oversaw comprehensive training plans to medical imaging staff across 18 facilities. Transformed processes/toolsets of geographically dispersed radiology groups, local ministry medical imaging personnel, and IT support into a cohesive, standardized set of medical imaging solutions that elevated efficiency and accuracy enterprise-wide.
