Deputy to the Commanding General of the Army’s Armored Corps Sustainment Command providing sustainment to the III Armored Corps’ divisions, enabling brigades and installations; assist and if required assume command of the Command to deploy worldwide in 24 hours to build and maintain combat power and lethality. Responsible for oversight of one brigade, two battalions, and an HHC while operating across five installations. Oversees the health, welfare, training, discipline, support, combat readiness, development and quality of life for 3,909 Soldiers, Families and Civilians. As a deployed sustainment command, serve as the Operations Officers in the 1st Theater Sustainment Command’s Operational Command Post leading ten multifunctional support brigades supporting two divisions in theater. -Prepared and published daily orders, situation reports, and updates at the Theater Strategic through Tactical levels, and provided update briefs to senior leaders through four-star levels.-Published to the Corps CG a formal assessment of deployment capabilities and limitations from Fort Cavazos, TX as a MFGI to inform decisions at USTRANSCOM, HQDA, FORSCOM, and Corps-levels.-Formulated strategies, plans, and policies for use in the management and direction of key Corps programs. -Plan and establish priorities for resource assets (e.g., repurposed facilities, allocated equipment, training, manpower, and funding resources) for sustainment operations programs across USCENTCOM.- Established joint operations for air drop into Gaza and evaluated organizational impact of this major project by interpreting policies, procedures, and strategies governing joint military operations.
