Tunisian NAVAF LNO - Communicated and coordinated construction activities between Tunisian Ministry of Defense, 22NCR, CTF 68 and local NMCB detachments. Established strong multilateral relationships between Tunisian Navy, Tunisian Army and USN task forces in support of U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa / U.S. Sixth Fleet mission objectives. Coordinated the import and storage of $3.5M worth of Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) for long term NMCB sustainability of NCF operations in Tunisia. Coordinated the material and equipment deliveries to assist the construction of a 55 foot Rappel Tower directly improving the Tunisian special operation forces (BFS) warfighting capabilities.

Provided construction, facilities, and acquisition services at Marine Corps Air Station New River and Camp Lejeune in support USMC and USN mission objectives. Served as a contracting officer's representative, conducted pre-award constructability reviews, managed construction submittals, lead contract modification negations up to $150k.
