• Maintain stakeholder reporting systems.• Coordinate the activities of the HSES Committee and implement agreed-on inspection schedules.• Conduct toolbox talks on topical issues and training/inductions for employees.• Supervise construction and operational works to ensure compliance with company policy, safe work procedures and applicable standards, and stop any unsafe acts or correct unsafe conditions.• Record, investigate and report incidences in the prescribed procedures and formats.• Maintain HSES records of inspection and registers relating to firefighting equipment, first aid equipment, portable electrical equipment, hand tools, scaffolding, and fall protection equipment.• PPE and any other category of equipment maintained by the company.• Coordinate HSES programmes such as the KUDURA Lock-Out Tag-Out Programme and the KUDURA Permit-to-Work system.• Receive, analyse and address HSE grievances.• Other task(s) as may be assigned.

Worked as a Volunteer Graduate Assistant (VGA) under the Ministry of Education under the early childhood literacy department. Had the opportunity to be deployed to Marsabit County.-United volunteer graduate assistants Roles;• Identify learners who are lagging behind in class, with the help of class teachers, and aid in boosting the English and Kiswahili literacy skills of class 2 and 3 pupils using interactive educational activities that complement classroom learning. • Aside from the sessions conducted in school, volunteers initiate and implement a community engagement project of their choice, incorporating an assessment of local community needs and aligning their plans and efforts within fields ranging from health, nutrition, sanitation, environmental conservation, framing practices, technology and entrepreneurship.
